We charge 15%, 20% or 25% of your Airbnb host payout, excluding the cleaning fee.
2) Do you work as a Co-Host on Airbnb?
Yes. We set up Co-Host access and can configure payout splits for full transparency.
3) Do you charge a fixed monthly fee?
No. You pay a one-time onboarding fee (€390 per property) and a commission per booking.
4) Are cleaning, laundry, supplies, and repairs included?
Coordination is included depending on your plan. The actual costs (cleaning, laundry, supplies, repairs) are billed at cost with receipts.
5) Can I use my own cleaner or handyman?
Yes. We can work with your existing partners if quality and reliability match our standards.
6) What happens if something breaks or there is an emergency?
We coordinate urgent issues via our partner network and keep you updated. Repairs and parts are billed at cost. Approval rules are agreed in advance.
7) Is in-person check-in included?
Included in Premium until 22:00. Late check-in after 22:00 is available as an Add-On.
8) Do you manage Booking.com or other channels?
No. We focus on Airbnb only to keep response times fast and quality consistent.
9) Do you guarantee revenue or occupancy?
No guarantees. We continuously optimize pricing, listing quality, and guest experience to maximize performance, and you receive regular reporting.
